How is this possible? Because of several historic and precedent-setting triumphs at the Supreme Court:
June 27, 2022: The landmark decision in Coach Joe Kennedy’s case restored his right to pray on the field and set a new precedent that government cannot censor religious expression, impacting public-school teachers, employees and coaches nationwide.
June 21, 2022: The ruling in our Treat Children Fairly case, Carson v. Makin, held that states cannot discriminate against parents who want to send their children to religious schools. This protects religious education nationwide and helps ensure equal treatment for religious organizations.
June 20, 2019: This historic decision upheld the constitutionality of the Bladensburg Peace Cross, preventing its destruction. It also set a precedent protecting similar historic religious displays across the country.
We have many victories to celebrate. But the fight for faith and religious liberty is far from over.
