Obergefell - Panel Discussion

FALLOUT & FUTURE

Religious Liberty One Year After the Supreme Court’s Marriage Decision

Approximately one year after U.S. Supreme Court’s historic 2015 marriage decision in Obergefell v. Hodge, four First Liberty expert attorneys conducted a televised briefing on religious freedom attacks connected to the decision and our response.

The briefing was moderated by Kelly Shackelford, who is First Liberty’s President, CEO and Chief Counsel. Below are short clips, followed by the entire session.

Kelly and our attorneys remind the audience that First Liberty has implemented a legal strategy that anticipated Obergefell and has won victories and achieved protection for faith-based institutions and citizens.

We’ve won every single one.”
