Christine Pratt is Counsel with First Liberty Institute, concentrating on religious liberty matters in the education and health care fields.

Prior to joining the First Liberty Institute, Christine clerked for a Federal Magistrate Judge on the Eastern District of North Carolina. After her clerkship, she worked at the U.S. Department of Education in the Office of the General Counsel and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Office for Civil Rights in Washington, DC.

Christine, a native of Florida, attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Florida. For her undergraduate studies, Christine graduated summa cum laude, majoring in Economics and minoring in Religion.

Christine is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington, DC. In Summer 2023, Christine will clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
