First Liberty Live: Special Military Appreciation Month Event with Exclusive Guests

This week, as part of our celebration and observance of Military Appreciation Month, First Liberty hosted a special live event to help you learn more about the current state of religious liberty in our military.

In case you were unable to join us, we’ve made the video available below. In it, Mike Berry, First Liberty’s General Counsel and LtCol USMCR, gives his expert legal insight and updates on the current battlefronts and cases FLI is fighting to defend religious freedom in the military.

The video also features FLI client guests, many who have fought to reclaim their constitutional right to live out their faith, including: US Air Force Col. Leland Bohannon and US Navy Chaplain Wes Modder.

We were also joined by US Army Lt. Col. Allen West (Ret.), former US Congressman, a distinguished veteran who served in uniform for over 20 years and a courageous man of faith who encourages Americans to take a stand when our liberties are attacked.

It’s a cruel insult that those who sacrificed for our freedom should have their own freedoms attacked. We won’t let it happen on our watch—and we need you to stand with us as we fight back against this outrageous hostility.
