This week, we held our second annual First Freedom Day to celebrate our historic success at the U.S. Supreme Court.
Because of the precedent-setting Supreme Court wins in our Coach Kennedy, Faithful Carrier, Treat Children Fairly and Bladensburg Peace Cross cases, Americans are experiencing more religious freedom than we’ve had in than 50 years.
On this special day, we heard messages from our interns, staff, attorneys and old friends including Professor Johnson Varkey, the faithful carrier Gerald Groff and Coach Joe Kennedy. It was really encouraging and uplifting to see everyone gathered, from our up-and-coming generations to our most seasoned veterans.
First Freedom Day is a great reminder than when we work as one team, in one fight, with one purpose and through God’s grace, we can accomplish great things.
