Former First Liberty Institute Attorney Jordan Pratt Confirmed to Federal Bench
President Trump nominated Judge Jordan Pratt to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in May.
Washington, DC—The United States Senate today confirmed former First Liberty Institute attorney Jordan Pratt to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. We are thrilled with the confirmation of Judge Jordan Pratt to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. As an attorney at First Liberty, Judge Pratt demonstrated a deep respect for and commitment to the Constitution and the religious liberty rights of all Americans. He brings a wealth of experience to the federal court having argued important cases at nearly every level of the state and federal court systems, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Florida Supreme Court. He will be a tremendous judge, just as he was a wonderful colleague. We wish him and his family all the best in this new chapter of his career.
