Religious Liberty Firm Comments on Lawsuit Against Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins
Washington, D.C.—The following statement regarding a federal lawsuit filed against Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins regarding religious activities may be attributed to Hiram Sasser, executive general counsel for First Liberty Institute:
Secretary Rollins is following the law we established when we won our case for Coach Kennedy at the Supreme Court. Every public employee, including Secretary Rollins, is protected by the First Amendment and we stand with her to defend her religious liberty.
