Before joining First Liberty as Associate Counsel, Tiffany clerked for the Honorable Joel M. Carson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She also served as Legal Fellow for First Liberty.

Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from Baylor Law School, where she served as President of the Baylor Law chapter of the Federalist Society and as a member of Baylor Law’s Christian Legal Society chapter. She also served as Senior Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review, which published her student note, “Bearing Another’s Burden: Why the Supreme Court Still Needs to Revisit Employment Division v. Smith.”

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and spent ten years working in education.

Tiffany is a member of the Texas State Bar and is admitted to various federal district and appellate courts.
