$600,000 Challenge Grant Multiplies Your Gift Now through Dec. 31st
This week, the U.S. Supreme Court to refused to grant emergency relief, after First Liberty Institute filed a petition challenging Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear’s executive orders that prohibit private religious schools from holding in-person classes.
Although we would have liked the Court to rule on the issue right now, the decision has a silver living: It specifically invites to us to seek an injunction if the Governor decides to reissue his unconstitutional order on Jan 4th.
And rest assured, if the Governor does continue to impose irrational and discriminatory orders, First Liberty’s legal team will file against him immediately.
At this very moment, your financial support of First Liberty is critical and essential. Our attorneys need all the firepower possible in our legal arsenal if this case is to be presented again—and won—at the Supreme Court in just a few weeks.
