First Liberty announced the launch of a television and digital ad blitz as part of a $2 million campaign to educate Americans on the dangers of current court “reform” proposals. The campaign includes a challenge for all candidates for office to make clear where they stand on court-packing and other proposed changes to the Supreme Court and the judiciary.

Some of America’s most radical groups and politicians are engaged in a full-scale effort to undermine the Court’s credibility and integrity. They’re more emboldened than ever and are pouring in millions of dollars trying to convince the public that these so-called “reforms” would “fix” the Supreme Court. They’ve made it clear that “everything is on the table,” and they’re willing to destroy the Supreme Court rather than have it remain outside their control.
Many want to pack the Supreme Court by adding more justices. Others are pushing for equally extreme proposals, such as ending life tenure, giving Congress power to oversee the Court’s ethics and even stripping the Court of its constitutional power to hear certain cases.

Court Reform Advocates Urge Senate Judiciary for Hearing with Chief Justice Roberts
A coalition of 33 judicial advocacy organizations sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee demanding that Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts testify before Congress about his role in the Court’s presidential immunity ruling.
The move comes just a week after The New York Times launched a smear campaign against Roberts. The Times criticized Roberts for writing the majority opinion and “molding” the rulings in three cases involving President Donald Trump and the January 6 storming of the Capitol, as well as cases about the 2020 election.
The letter was signed by some of the most vocal proponents of radical court “reform,” including Demand Justice, Stand Up America and Take Back Reform Action Fund. Many of these groups are spending millions of dollars to push for extreme changes to the Court, such as court-packing, ending life tenure for justices, stripping the Court’s ability to review certain cases and giving Congress power to oversee the Court’s ethics.
