Going Viral: First Liberty Video Gets 2,000,000+ Views
A short clip of our First Liberty Live! episode featuring Tim Barton of WallBuilders is going viral! It has collected more than 2 MILLION views on YouTube.
Tim shares an inspiring fact from America’s history. During WWII, military branches issued Bibles that came with a metal cover. Because they were often carried in shirt pockets, they are known as “Heart Shield Bibles,” a durable edition made for the battlefield. Inside the front cover of these Bibles was a note from President Franklin Roosevelt, which reads: “As Commander-in-Chief I take pleasure in commending the reading of the Bible …Throughout the centuries men of many faiths and diverse origins have found in the Sacred Book words of wisdom, counsel and inspiration.”
