Pastor Paul Malcomson and the church he leads, Light of the World Gospel Ministries, have a burning desire to reach the lost among Native Americans. To fulfill their God-given mission, this multi-ethnic, 100+ member church planted itself on the Omaha Reservation in rural Walthill, Nebraska.
We represented the church in a lawsuit against the Village after it denied or revoked numerous permits. Thanks to your support, we reached a favorable settlement. It allowed the church to begin construction of a multi-use facility to serve the community, share the Gospel, and train pastors and missionaries to minister to Native Americans all around the country.
We want to share that Light of the World has made great progress on the ministry and training facility. Take a look!
The good news is that, miraculously, this small church has raised over $1.8M to construct this facility, much of it through the sacrificial giving of its members. Once finished, it will enable Pastor Paul and the church to far more effectively minister to the Reservation and raise up and train those called to reach Native Americans around the country with the Gospel.
The current challenge and great need are that the church still needs over $350,000 to complete the exterior construction alone.

Thank you for donating to First Liberty. Your support makes an incredible difference in the lives of Americans. We deeply appreciate every gift, every prayer and encouraging note you sent during Pastor Paul’s case.
Because of your generosity and the work that we do, pastors and churches can do what they do. It’s THEIR lives that you’re impacting. Thanks to you, Light of the World is well on its way to constructing a facility to reach the lost among the nation’s Native Americans.
