State Disclosures

First Liberty Institute is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

First Liberty Institute’s policy is to apply all charitable gifts given toward a specific legal case to that case. Occasionally, we receive more contributions than can wisely be used toward a specific case—when that happens, we use these funds to defend the constitutional rights of other groups or individuals.
