Cory O'Neill - First Liberty

Cory O’Neill serves as the Director of Information Technology for First Liberty Institute, where he oversees IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. He brings more than twenty years of experience leading technology initiatives within mission-driven organizations.

Prior to joining First Liberty Institute, Cory held senior engineering and technology leadership roles at organizations such as KMA Direct Communications and Pursuant Group. At KMA Direct, he played a key role in building and scaling a software analytics platform that leveraged data and AI to help nonprofit organizations increase fundraising effectiveness and donor engagement. He also helped implement and manage the infrastructure supporting TouchPoint Church Management Software for church operations.

Earlier in his career, Cory played a significant role in building and scaling the infrastructure for GodTube.com, an early-stage technology startup that became the fastest-growing website of August 2007 and later raised more than $30 million in funding. As an early investor, he helped design and implement the systems required to support rapid growth and scalability.

Cory combines deep hands-on technical expertise with executive-level leadership. He brings a practical, people-focused approach to building secure, reliable systems and responsibly adopting emerging technologies in support of organizational mission and impact.
