City Tries to Shut Down
Homeless Ministry
Add Your Name Below
City leaders in Castle Rock, Colorado are harassing a church to end their ministry that helps people in need.
The Rock Church does a lot for their local community: food distribution, job training, and financial assistance. When people are suddenly homeless, they even provide two RVs as temporary shelter.
But the city would rather have people wander the streets than have a place to stay.
→Claims the temporary shelter ministry violates zoning ordinances
→Calling to shut down the ministry
→Threatening to attack other critical ministries if the church doesn’t stop
It’s like the city is deliberately working to make the suddenly homeless, permanently homeless.
This type of religious discrimination isn’t just wrong. It’s illegal.
No church should be threatened for caring for its most vulnerable.
That’s why First Liberty is stepping in. And with your help, we can stop Castle Rock city leaders from criminalizing compassion.
