Out of over 100 speakers at a Ventura City Council Meeting, Tarin Swain was the only one who was stopped while making a public comment because of what she said.
Why?
Because she was praying for the elected council members, her city and the students and faculty at their schools.
City of Ventura Mayor Sanchez-Palacios has landed on the wrong side of the Constitution for disallowing prayer at the city council meetings.
