Out of over 100 speakers at a Ventura City Council Meeting, Tarin Swain was the only one who was stopped while making a public comment because of what she said.
Why?
Because she was praying for the elected council members, her city and the students and faculty at their schools.
Ventura Mayor Sanchez-Palacios and the supporting city council members have landed on the wrong side of the Constitution for disallowing prayer at the city council meetings.
