Today, a permanent monument of the Ten Commandments was restored to the state Capitol grounds in Frankfort, Kentucky. The historic Ten Commandments monument was donated to the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the Fraternal Order of Eagles in 1971. First Liberty represents the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

First Liberty Institute today announced that Senior Counsel Keisha Russell has been selected to lead the Florida Commission on Human Rights beginning later this month. The Commission enforces the Florida Civil Rights Act and addresses “discrimination issues through education, outreach and partnerships.”
The President’s Religious Liberty Commission will hold a hearing on Wednesday, December 10, at 8:30 am at The Old Parkland Debate Chamber, Pavilion Building in Dallas, Texas.
