High school student Zion Ramos was censored for sharing his faith with classmates. He could have backed down and let it go. Instead, he showed courage and fought for his rights.
With First Liberty by his side, Zion won his religious freedom back. Last week, the school admitted that it was wrong when a teacher muted and kicked Zion off a Zoom call when he began talking about his Christian faith. The school district said that Zion—and all students—will be free talk about their beliefs, as the Constitution says they can.
“Freedom of speech isn’t just a right, it’s the foundation of our liberty,” Zion said. “Christians must stand up, speak out, and defend our right to share what we believe.”
