Kassie Dulin - First Liberty

Kassie Dulin is Senior Director of External Affairs for First Liberty, where she develops and implements strategic initiatives to promote religious liberty in America. As Counsel, Ms. Dulin focuses on appellate litigation and First Amendment issues. She also serves as Chief of Staff for First Liberty’s Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Dulin served on the legal team for three United States Supreme Court victories, including Kennedy v. Bremerton (a landmark case overturning an erroneous 50-year-old Establishment Clause precedent), Groff v. DeJoy (restoring religious freedom in the workplace for employees of all faiths), and Klein v. Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (granted, vacated, and remanded to protect the free exercise and free speech rights of small business owners).

In addition to fulfilling her legal and strategic duties, Ms. Dulin speaks to audiences across the nation, providing updates on the battle for religious liberty in America.

Ms. Dulin is a graduate of Georgetown Law, where she was a Georgetown Law Merit Scholar and research assistant for Professor Randy Barnett at the Georgetown Center for the Constitution. During law school, Ms. Dulin clerked for the Department of Justice and the Senate Judiciary Committee. She is a Blackstone Legal Fellow and Mentor and is on the board of the Federalist Society’s DC Young Lawyers Chapter.

Ms. Dulin previously served as First Liberty’s Director of Government Affairs and Chief Communications Officer. Before joining First Liberty, she worked on local, state, and national political campaigns and consulted with non-profit organizations.

Ms. Dulin received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Trinity Graduate School and Seminary and her Master of Arts in Government from Regent University. A native of Dallas/Fort Worth, Ms. Dulin is a member of the Texas State Bar and the D.C. Bar.
