Tabitha Harrington is Counsel with First Liberty Institute, concentrating on religious liberty matters and First Amendment rights for clients of all faiths.

Prior to joining First Liberty, Tabitha litigated complex products liability matters as an associate at a corporate law firm. A Georgetown Law University Center graduate (J.D. 2015; LL.M. 2017), Tabitha first practiced at Georgetown Law’s low-bono law firm DCALF, where she handled family law, immigration, and small business matters. As a law student, her campus leadership activities earned her a Dean’s Certificate for Outstanding Service to the Georgetown Law Community. Tabitha obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Theatre from Washington & Lee University in 2009.

Tabitha is based in First Liberty’s Washington, DC office and is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
