
Updated Policy Will Allow Service Members to Attend Indoor Religious Services
After the U.S. Navy issued an order banning troops from attending indoor religious services, First Liberty responded by sending a letter on behalf of our client Major Dan Schultz, asking for accommodation so that he could attend and lead worship at his church. Within one week, the Navy updated its policies, delivering a timely victory for religious freedom.

FLI Files Federal Lawsuit to Reclaim Religious Freedom in America’s “First State”
This year, instead of celebrating Christmas in July, the Knights of Columbus take to the courts to fight for their constitutional rights. First Liberty recently filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of the Knights of Columbus against the City of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, after city officials outrageously decided to ban a Nativity scene and all religious holiday displays.
